Revisitors
Revisitors is one of the largest paid traffic providers out there and I couldn’t resist the opportunity to review their service in detail. Here’s my feedback after a thorough test of the entire Revisitors experience, from my pre-order research and questions, to their order submission process, to the management of my test campaign.

What I liked:
- The ordering process: These guys are marketing experts! You can tell just from the way their site is designed. When you go to the Revisitors site for the first time everything is pretty clear. It was easy to find the important information I needed as their website’s site flow was easy to understand. Their ordering process follows a clean, step-by-step process, with no hidden fees, or complex check out hoops to jump through.
- Manual campaign review: About 24 hours after ordering my test campaign, I was surprised to find that I had received an email from a guy named Dan Brozowski (who works for Revisitors), who said he had reviewed my website and sent his feedback on how to improve it. I had a couple of misspelled words in my website’s home page text, and an image that was not loading correctly. Dan pointed these issues out and I was able to fix them quickly. I have never received such professional assistance for free when ordering from other traffic providers. It was indeed a pleasant and unexpected surprise.
- Customer support: When I called Revisitors’ toll-free number I was presented with another pleasant surprise when testing the Revisitors service. When I called I encountered a voicemail message which indicated that in order to keep their prices as low as possible, they don’t have a live operator, and the message went on to encourage me to leave my phone number and email address for a call back. I was a little skeptical about this, but I left the information they asked for anyway, expecting that my call wouldn’t be returned. A couple of hours later I received a call from Brian with Revisitors. We had a nice talk about how Revisitors’ traffic works. He addressed a couple of the doubts I had concerning where their traffic comes from—pop-ups and links hosted on a large, proprietary network of websites. Brian also provided his personal email address for any additional questions I may have. A few days later, I sent him a note, and received a reply 40 minutes later. I really enjoyed the level of professionalism I experienced when interacting with the support guys over at Revisitors and I was impressed by their one-on-one approach.
- Traffic Quality: I received exactly the same amount of traffic they said they had delivered. I monitored my test campaign using StatCounter and the numbers confirmed the real-time tracking available from my Revisitors campaign’s control panel. My campaign’s geotargeting was also correct, as confirmed by StatCounter.
- Years in business: I did a bit of research in to Revisitors’ claims on the number of years they have been in business. Revisitors claims to have been in business since 1998, and that they began offering their services to the general public in 2006. I confirm their claims are true information based on their archive.org history report and an analysis of whois data.
Bottom line: Revisitors provides real traffic and I would definitely recommend them. They stand out from the crowd for the level and quality of their support, as well as the personal touch they provide. In my opinion, the professional review of your site they send after you place an order alone is worth the cost of the campaign!
