I found this site browsing the sponsored google ads for traffic related keywords. Apparently a company called Americaint decided to get into the traffic selling business and aside from offering a Bulk e-mail marketing service they now offer to buy targeted traffic even by the keyword.
They claim to use pop unders as a method of driving traffic to the website. A
pop under is a window which opens “under” the browser window when you browse a
website.

They offer 100% unique visitors per 24 hours with full
size page ad statistics and money back guaranteed if you didn’t use your full
package.

In addition you can use their e-mail marketing service
(e-mail spamming) which you can buy cheap bulk e-mail list (smells like spam)
and send them your ads.

These are some of the categories they offer: Entertainment, Computers, Games, Health, Recreation, Hobbies, Travel, Sports, Gambling, Shopping, Beauty, Finance, Free Stuff, Diet, Debt Consolidation, Credit Cards, Family, Webmasters, MLM and Business.

A short background check on these guys show that the
server is located in The USA and the domain name was registered at 1998. The
check and the website looks legit from a first look but a deeper look shows
differently:

In case the so called e-mail marketing service didn’t
smell bad enough, the traffic results were poor as expected. This company is
fraud and scam and you should beware. Their packages are expensive and you end
up with nothing.
