Other than that they offer country targeted traffic, gambling targeted traffic, adult traffic and something called category targeted with various prices.
FullTraffic also offer services such as search engine services – search engine submission and ppc services (ppc was how we first found out of them).
A short background check on these guys show that the server is located in Canada but a deeper check shows that the owner is located in Uruguay.
